- Position Title: Admin Assistant cum Accounts
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.15 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
- Keep good records of the company documentation.
- Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
- Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued etc.).
- Match purchase orders, deliver orders with supplier invoices.
- Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

- Competent with MS Office
- Administrative/ Accounting experience is an advantage.
