Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Communication talent who will be responsible for developing and managing marketing communication programmes for a series of world-class textile machinery exhibitions in Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing communication strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role involves the integration of the communications plan with the marketing plan, to achieve targeted objectives and success of the exhibitions. Strong writing and communication skills are required, with a deep understanding of various marketing channels and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Communication Strategies
a. Support the Project to develop and continuously improve marketing communications plans, including media/press programmes, with objectives, strategies and action plans.
b. Identify key messages and target audiences for various communication initiatives based on a comprehensive situation review of the industry trends, market development, competitor activities, and customer and partner needs.
2. PR and Communications
a. Execute communication/PR programmes, including but not limited to drafting of press releases, speeches, AV scripts, directing and editing the copy for all promotional materials.
b. Source, cultivate and maintain relationships with media organisations, journalists, and bloggers. Negotiate with media organisations for contra- media partnerships.
c. Ensure a wide distribution of press releases and monitor pick-up rates and press clippings.
d. Prepare company spokesperson(s) for interviews and public appearances.

3. Campaign Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, PR and events.
4. Content Creation
Drive the creation of compelling and relevant content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
5. Measurement and Targets
a. Support Project to achieve visitor target
b. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies through metrics and analytics, if available, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve the set goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role
3. Strong written and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in both written and verbal Mandarin is a strong plus
4. Proven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
5. Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, emails, SEO, will be a big advantage
6. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing communications content
7. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Business travel is required.
