We are looking for a motivated Finance Admin to join our team in supporting our Finance Department. In this role, your primary responsiblity is to assist in financial administration, data entry, and record keeping activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities and Competencies:
- Assist in processing day to day financial transactions with accurate data entry and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of periodic financial reports, statements and analysing of financial data.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles and internal control policies.
- Assist in development and maintenance of financial procedures and processes.
- Assist in maintaining and improving financial systems and tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for financial data and support decision making processes.
- Clear and concise communication of financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management and departmental meetings.
- Foster effective communication within the Finance team and across departments.
