- Working hours: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (Rotated shift)
Job Description
- Perform Service Crew duties and oversee operational tasks.
- Supervise staff performance and enforce disciplinary standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
- Contribute to staff performance evaluations.
- Assist in team planning, including scheduling and rostering.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and exemplify exceptional customer service.
- Motivate the team to achieve excellent customer service and revenue targets.
- Requirements:
Able to stand long hours - Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
