Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the ideation, development, and launch of products to improve user engagement and experience across various platforms
- Assist in managing the product life cycle, from user need identification and planning to the creation of valuable and feasible products
- Contribute to annual planning activities and strategic theme development
- Participate in quarterly planning and assist in developing product strategies
- Develop and execute quarterly product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer experience goals
- Assist in market and competitor analysis to ensure product competitiveness and market fit
- Understand customer needs to identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas for market expansion and user experience enhancement
- Engage with users through various channels to gather feedback and insights for product improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in app product management
- Multilingual proficiency in English & Chinese (verbal & written)
- Good understanding of app & web design and usability standards
- Familiarity with the Singapore online/mobile financial product comparison market
- Experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of product development tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Card Scheme Issuance and Fintech Customer Mobile Apps is beneficial
- SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Proficient in product planning, customer discovery, and product development processes
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Effective influencing skills
- Self-driven, creative, and able to innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in data analysis, user testing, and building customer-centric experiences
