Job Description
- Cultivate positive relationships with landlords, authorities, licensees, and subcontractors to foster effective collaboration.
- Support relevant authority inspectors during outlet inspections and follow up on required actions.
- Coordinate with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events.
- Lead lease renewal negotiations and ensure adherence to terms with licensees.
- Source and recommend suitable food options to fill vacant stalls, ensuring variety and appeal.
- Conduct regular food quality checks and provide constructive feedback to licensees.
- Maintain stall selling prices in accordance with licensee agreements.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service and achieve excellence in housekeeping standards. Additionally, plan and execute M&E works according to schedule.
Requirements:
- Able to stand long hours
- Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
- Desired qualifications include a diploma in F&B, supply chain, or related fields, along with proficiency in.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and demonstrate familiarity with WSHA, HACCP, and MUIS regulations.
- Have a hands-on experience in F&B operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to cultivate positive working relationships. Previous supervisory roles and experience in the F&B sector are advantageous.
