Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Human Resource Officer (HRO) / Manager, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
- Handle MOM surveys, Government grants and related documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.
- You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management and handle employee grievances.
- Responsible forconfirmations, annual appraisal and off boarding processes
- Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff
- Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
