Responsibilities:
- Support End Users Computing Infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Printers, Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android and basic usage applications)
- Onboard/Offboard Users and provision their devices
- Involved in hands-on technical troubleshooting, support and advice users on their systems related issues or queries
- Perform administration/maintenance of systems, patching and updates.
- Suggest improvements by providing technical specifications for system/ process enhancement;
- Involved and improves IT corporate governance such as policies, standards and best practices
- Ensure IT systems are operating with high efficiency;
- Prepare and tidy IT scheduled reports
- Develop, implementing and updating documentation and user guides.
- Perform remedies on IT alerts and/or issues that Internal monitoring team flagged out.
- Escalate higher level or unresolved issues to Internal Team
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology, Information Technology (IT)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with internal team and end users
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, M365, Intunes, Endpoint protection software preferred
- Knowledge in Azure management, any Certification in Microsoft Azure or M365 will be great
- Great interest in IT and adapt to new technology change
