Responsibilities:
· Responsible for full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing
· Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
· Prepare monthly account schedules
· Assist in preparation of Quarterly GST submission
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets, cash flow projections and liaise with the parent company on cash flow requirements
· Assist in liaison with external and internal auditors and tax agent to meet statutory requirements
· Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate related industry
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) will be an advantage
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to meet deadlines
· A strong team player
