Managing and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of network equipment
- Network Equipments will include firewall, routers, proxy servers, switches, system, VMware etc.
- Work closely with Technical Lead and sales
- Provide pre-sales and post sales support
- Respond to incident calls and ensure service level agreements to clients are met
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures from both internal and clients’ organisation.
- Implement and deploy network infra, Firewall, Malware Protection, Vulnerability and Patch Management
- Assist in gathering customer requirements and present design for customer’s endorsement.
- Assist to prepare and update relevant documentation such as technical design specification, documentation and commisionning report
- Provide proper hand over of completed implementation projects to customer
- Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System
- At least 2 years’ experience in providing network operation and administration support for Cisco products, i.e. Switches and routers, WLAN with additional Palo Alto Network or FortiGate will be valued added
- Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols
- Experience working with Cisco and Aruba Switches and Routers;
- Network and infrastructure security
- Endpoint security and OS hardening
- Fundamental Knowledge on IP networking and operating systems such as Windows, Linux, iOS/iPad and Android OS
