Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for account management
- Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.
- Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
- Maintain regularly close contact with our clients and build strong relationships
- Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.
- Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
- Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
- Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
- Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducing interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
- Meeting assigned sales target
Job Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resources or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, resourceful, easy-going and initiative
