- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
- Stay abreast of developments in language education and incorporate best practices into teaching approaches.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language Education, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Native proficiency in Japanese.
- About 10 years of experience teaching Japanese language courses to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Proven track record of developing curriculum materials and designing effective language courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
