Primary Purpose
Project Coordinator shall be responsible for providing assistance to the team to ensure smooth running of the projects.
Responsibility
- Responsible to perform weekly logs and account review for system/applications
- Provide support to Manager in following up activities not limited to Change Request, Incident Resolution, Service Request, Decommissioning of assets, VAPT, etc
- Monitor the projects billing process which includes monthly budget forecast, supporting on finance queries (internal and external) and billing to customer etc
- Support operating routines including coordinating weekly/monthly/quarterly project meetings, collation of management reports etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in an IT discipline with minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Prior work experience in an IT organisation or environment would be advantageous.
- Experience in project management methodology and different stages of SDLC
- With multi-tasking capabilities who can deliver desired work outcomes under pressure and tight deadlines.
