- Setup of database according to project requirements for data collection and reporting.
- Setup of data Interface between engineering and data repositories as per internal and external locations.
- Data Interface management.
- Prepare monthly progress reports based on the database report generation system.
- Resolve any errors and mapping issues.
- Liaise with engineers for system-subsystem list and boundary markups for Marine and Topside.
- Coordination with the mechanical completion team for the validation of tag registers and issue of ITRs to site.
- Respond to site queries regarding project tag numbering and other technical issues.
- Coordination with all vendors and subcontractors for closing of completed ITRs in database and upload of punch lists.
- Validation of tags for all disciplines in Marine and Topside part across engineering details.
- Coordinate with engineering team and vendors to get the correct tag registers with correct format and structure.
- Populate system, sub-system numbers into CMS as per the guidelines given.
- Implement changes and MOC within the database.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related qualification
- Atleast 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industries
- Experienced in leading a Team of Completion professionals and coordinating with Engineering, Construction Contractor, and client's Project team to ensure all certification requirements are achieved
