We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and dedicated Fitness Trainer to join our social enterprise. As a Fitness Trainer, you will have a rewarding task of designing and leading fitness programs for our members who are Seniors. If you are passionate about fitness and eager to contribute to a team’s success and make a positive impact on the lives of others through fitness, we would love to hear from you.
· Plan fitness programs to meet the organisation’s goals and needs.
· Provide group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique used.
· Motivate and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals.
· Monitor the effectiveness of the program and make program adjustments as necessary.
· Educate our members on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
· Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years in a similar role
· Certification in personal training
· Previous experience in planning and creating fitness programs
· Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Friendly and approachable demeanor
