Responsibilities:
- Draft and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall objectives
- Sourcing and shortlisting of candidates
- On Boarding: Conduct orientation, employee handbook, company rules & culture and registration
- Act as HRIS System Administrator
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Manage day-to-day office upkeep, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experienced with Info-Tech HRIS will be added bonus
