Our client is a FMCG industry, one of the leading players to provide foodservice. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Sales Account Support Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.
Duties of Senior Sales Account Support Specialist
- Assist Manager in providing outstanding account management for clients.
- Oversee customer activities and asset performance, including new product launches.
- Identify collaborative business opportunities based on market positioning and store performance.
- Ensure prompt response to invoice queries and manage customer accounts within payment terms.
- Work with clients to discover growth prospects, expand product lines, and introduce new brands.
- Present innovative business proposals to modern trade channel clients, including product submissions and marketing strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of in-stock and promotional activities across all clients.
- Monitor promotional results and ensure adherence to trade spending procedures.
- Provide weekly volume forecasts to procurement team for demand-supply alignment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management / Business Administration, or a related field of study, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the relevant industry.
