Our client is one of leading player in automotive industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their Human Resources team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
The responsibles of the Senior Payroll Executive includes:
- Coordinate, organize, and verify monthly payroll, including overtime, commissions, incentives, allowances, and deductions for all employees.
- Assist the People Ops team with payroll-related tasks for new hires, departures, and staff movements, ensuring accurate computation and verification of payroll adjustments.
- Conduct thorough checks on payroll data, implementing internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare various monthly and end-of-month payroll reports, including employee payroll reports and variance analyses.
- Manage the submission of statutory payments such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, and NS claims.
- Handle tax-related tasks such as preparing tax returns (IR21) and managing tax clearance processes for departing foreign employees.
- Administer the yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income to IRAS.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline with min 3 years of experience in handling payroll
- Familiar with payroll system, preferably Workday system
- Exposure and comfortable in high volume transaction environment (500-800 headcount)
