Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding and interpreting the client's business requirements to generate innovative design solutions.
- Conceptualizing and developing artwork that meets client specifications and project objectives.
- Crafting layouts, imagery, and final artwork for various print and digital projects, including large format prints.
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment, coordinating with printers, copywriters, and marketing experts.
- Designing marketing materials to enhance company branding and promotional efforts.
- Generating digital content and ensuring regular updates across websites and social media platforms.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities by managing multiple design briefs simultaneously.
- Cultivating a creative mindset to continually generate fresh ideas and approaches.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in design principles.
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and photo editing software to create compelling visual content.
- Photography skills are advantageous, enhancing the ability to capture high-quality images for various purposes.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, showcasing an understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to adapt to evolving digital tools and platforms efficiently.
- Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness, evidenced by the ability to ideate and problem-solve effectively in design projects.
- Result oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Days: Mon - Fri
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm
- Salary : $1800 - $2000
