Our client is a well-established manufacturer in the metal industry, headquartered in Europe with operations established across the world, including Singapore - a state-of-art manufacturing facility providing a wide range of products that are tailored to specific customer requirements.
Your new role
Be part of the Process Engineering department and work with a team of process engineers.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance teams in managing machines and equipment on the production floor
- Lead new equipment installation, process transfers and machine qualification, commissioning and ensure that the new equipment is successfully integrated into existing processes.
- Monitor and analyse data charts to identify process issues, troubleshooting non-conformance
- Provide training and technical support to floor staff on existing and new processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years work experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in machine commissioning and machine troubleshooting is preferred.
- Industry experience in metal processing/metal products/metal parts manufacturing would be ideal.
- Comfortable in a non-air-conditioning work environment
