- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Work closely with vendors and various departments to ensure timely and smooth transition of human resource data migration and implementation of new human resource system.
- Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal programmes and regular consultation with department heads.
- Processing of foreign worker work pass related matters
- Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counseling employees and supervisors
- Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
- Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
- Process dental and medical insurance claims; liaise with insurance company on claim issues
- Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc
