We are a dynamic start-up company revolutionising in interior design services for commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects. Committed to creativity and innovation, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the realisation of our clients' visions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced start-up environment and play a key role in shaping the future of interior design in Singapore.


Position Overview: As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our design concepts to life. With your expertise in interior design and proficiency in 3D Max and AutoCAD software, you will collaborate with our team to create inspiring and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


· Conceptual Design: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate their vision into innovative design concepts. Develop 3D designs, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.

· Space Planning and Layout Design: Utilise your skills in space planning and layout design to optimise the use of space and enhance functionality. Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3D Max software when required.

· Material Selection and Specification: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for each project, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and budget. Present material palettes and design proposals to clients for approval.

· Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design concepts. Review construction drawings, attend site meetings, and provide design support throughout the project lifecycle.

· Portfolio Development: Maintain a portfolio showcasing your previous interior design work, highlighting your experience in commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects. Present your portfolio during client meetings and interviews to demonstrate your expertise and design sensibility.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D Max and AutoCAD software for space planning, rendering, and detailing.
  • Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Working rights required for this role.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately.
