The Talent
- Minimally to have Diploma in System Engineering, IT, or any other related field
- Minimally to have 1 years of relevant experience
- Good to have knowledge in IT System like SaaS, API Integration, network, etc
- Must have experience in vendor management
- Good with time management and multi-tasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word, in particular)
The Job
- Support the Team to work towards smart working space
- Prepare and call for tenders/quotations for projects
- Manage queries and change requests from staff (e.g. user unable to access office or vending machines)
- Conduct first-level of troubleshooting for all related issues and escalate to vendors (if required);
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Coordinate and supervise contractors during project implementation stages.
