Our client, a listed US multinational corporation and leader in its industry, is seeking a suitable individual to join as Communications Executive. This is a newly created position.
The Communications Executive will:
- Conduct rudimentary IT/IT-related training
- Create and update training materials
- Coordinate with stakeholders and trainees
- Perform training administration duties e.g. collating training records and preparing reports
- Draft communications for dissemination to the organization
- Assist Head of IT Department in projects and as required
- Undertake any other tasks as needed.
We expect the successful candidate to:
- be a steady, resourceful and dependable individual and a multi-tasker
- be highly organised, meticulous and comfortable with dealing with people from all levels
- possess strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- be someone who embraces technology (although a high degree of IT proficiency is not required)
