Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, project plans, and team support within the food service program.
- Ensure menu compliance with program standards and partner feedback.
- Manage food tag updates, menu reviews, and printings.
- Lead communications and class preparations for kitchen-related educational programs.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
- Support in special events planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree in media/communications or similar.
- Proven experience in food and beverage industry coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools and office software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
