Job Description & Requirements

Front Desk Executive (People-centric)

  • Provide superior customer service to welcome all guests, staffs, and agents
  • Provide a consistent Guest welcome and registration process for individuals and groups
  • Attend to needs of sales agents and assist with usage of equipment within the office

Other duties

Reception floor & Meeting Room Management

  • Take ownership of the Reception floor and meeting rooms, re-setting, keeping the rooms and spaces clear and in functioning order
  • Ensure that open office floor and meeting rooms are clean, presentable
  • Ensure beverages / refreshments are made available to guests, where necessary

Telephony

  • Managing day to day incoming calls to general line, and transfer to relevant parties as needed

Office/ Admin Management

  • Receive incoming shipments such as office supplies, mails etc., and ensure smooth handover to various departments
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities (i.e stationary application / finance invoices processing) and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager,
  • Maintain desk / meeting rooms in good order
  • Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this candidate should be outgoing and bubbly in nature.
  • Motivated by a desire to provide utmost service to all customers is a must.

Any past experience in the service/ retail industry would be an added-advantage.
