Front Desk Executive (People-centric)
- Provide superior customer service to welcome all guests, staffs, and agents
- Provide a consistent Guest welcome and registration process for individuals and groups
- Attend to needs of sales agents and assist with usage of equipment within the office
Other duties
Reception floor & Meeting Room Management
- Take ownership of the Reception floor and meeting rooms, re-setting, keeping the rooms and spaces clear and in functioning order
- Ensure that open office floor and meeting rooms are clean, presentable
- Ensure beverages / refreshments are made available to guests, where necessary
Telephony
- Managing day to day incoming calls to general line, and transfer to relevant parties as needed
Office/ Admin Management
- Receive incoming shipments such as office supplies, mails etc., and ensure smooth handover to various departments
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities (i.e stationary application / finance invoices processing) and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager,
- Maintain desk / meeting rooms in good order
- Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this candidate should be outgoing and bubbly in nature.
- Motivated by a desire to provide utmost service to all customers is a must.
Any past experience in the service/ retail industry would be an added-advantage.
