Job Description
· Develop, monitor, and implement REIT's ESG strategy, reporting directly to CEO.
· Collaborate internally and within the Group for best-in-class ESG reporting standards
· Manage ESG Certifications, Ratings, Benchmarks & Indices submissions.
· Drive Sustainability Reporting process and provide narrative for reports.
· Provide support and technical advice to stakeholders for sustainability.
· Innovate initiatives to engage and educate tenants for sustainability.
· Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
· Participate in external engagements representing the REIT at Sustainability/ESG events.
· Develop and implement CSR initiatives for the REIT.
· Handle adhoc requirements including support for Sustainable Financing instruments.
Requirement
· 4 years or above of relevant experience in sustainability, preferably in finance/real estate.
· Track record of delivering sustainability and ESG reporting: GRI, GRESB, TCFD 2025, ISSB and Green Mark certifications.
· Good interpersonal skills, independent self-starter, passionate about driving sustainability in business.
