Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the COO and relevant stakeholders to facilitate premises-related projects, particularly the relocation of the Singapore office.
- Take charge of project management for the office relocation, including liaison with landlords, agents, designers, external project management resources, and construction firms.
- Supervise the execution of all project work streams by coordinating with internal support teams such as HR, IT, and Marketing, ensuring task management and resolution of outstanding actions.
- Maintain meticulous documentation standards, including financial reporting, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure information continuity.
- Provide clear and concise progress reports on the project's status.
- Record all actions mandated by the project committee and serve as the focal point for the project's change control process.
- Procure office furniture, fittings, electrical appliances, supplies, and other necessities.
- Offer recommendations and implement office safety measures in alignment with BizSafe standards.
- Oversee facility management aspects including fixed asset inventories, desk allocations, office access card management, and door system operations.
- Manage and update the office registry and assist the COO in daily office management duties, including overseeing Reception and premises support contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree and above
- At least 5 years of office facilities experience, including office relocations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Experience in leading a team
