Job Description
- Monitor vessel movement/ vessel operation (TC & VC) and solve operational issues.
- Check the estimated port costs and appointment of agents
- Liaise with relevant parties
- Freight invoice preparation/laytime calculation
- Freight/Hire collection
- LOI & B/L preparation / confirmation
- Assist with agency work while necessary
- Other duties assigned by the company as deemed fit (e.g. administration, etc.)
Requirements:
- Candidates are preferred to possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maritime/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Full-Time position.
- Non-experienced/entry-level candidates may be considered.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a must, (In order to coordinate with the Mandarin Chinese speaking counterparts)
