As a Human Resource (HRE) Executive, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions. You will be involved with recruitment processes, employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, and performance management, etc.AdminOversee the office Admin function
HR
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, annual appraisal and offboarding processes
Maintain employee database
Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff - Business Travel, Purchase Requisition and other staff related costKnowledge and experience with Singapore Government Grants will be an advantage
Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
Minimum of 2 years of HR working experience and experience working with overseas offices
Proficient with MOM regulations and HR practices
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsA team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
