Responsibilities –
- Handle Project Claim Certifications
- Contract administration from project start to end
- Working as part of the contract evaluation team during tender and provide comments on the technical/commercial terms and condition of contract draft.
- Assisting Project/Operations Manager to work out Variation Orders offer
- Evaluation of contractor’s PO, progress claims, variations and draft contract correspondences.
- Oversee all relevant contract administration, documentation for projects and closely monitoring contractual issues
- Work together with operations for monthly progress claim
- Correlate technical and commercial requirements
- Contract negotiation with clients
- Relevant Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Min 3 to 5 years’ working experience in Engineering Projects/ Firms in similar roles.
- Possess class 3 driving license.
- Possess good and positive attitude
- Able to meet deadlines
- Experience in Contracts management
- Handle project administration / QS / Contracts administration
- Familiar with local legal requirements, clauses (related to contractual bindings) will be advantageous
- Handle logistics contracts, heavy lifting & transportation requirements will have the preference
- Familiar with contract negotiation
- Familiar with insurances & other liabilities
