Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting function for Corporate Office
- Review, analysis and commentary of monthly financial reports for the group
- Responsible for banking and treasury Function
- Co-ordinate year end external audits and ensure statutory accounts are completed timely
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards
- Assists with formulating Corporate Finance policies
- Oversee taxation and transfer Pricing matters
- Oversee accounts receivable and credit control function
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in in a diversified international business environment involved in manufacturing and trading
- Knowledge in costing will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Proficient in accounting software, MS office and other reporting tools
