Job Description:
We are looking for a highly passionate individual to join our dynamic, fast growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset yet willing to do hands-on and also comfortable to work with ambiguity.
Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support to Marketing and Operation team in their daily sales activities, logistics and trade operations.
- Daily operations support to Marketing Manager/Director in relation to Business Development, including preparation of marketing materials, proposals, letters and other related documents.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry work, filing, scanning, answer phone calls etc.
- Advise clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
- Handling customer enquires or complaints.
- Maintenance good relationship with new and existing customers.
- Participate, develop, and implement strategic initiatives by working closely with the management.
- Perform data analysis of past sales performances to improve the quality and sustainability of market segment coverage and growth around the region, maintain necessary records for future reference.
- Manage the daily logistics operations and outbound shipment planning for different types of products by liaising with local team and Malaysia team.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management.
- Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communications skills with good command in written and spoken English
- Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines.
- Independent, initiative, organise with positive working attitudes.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Willing to travel when needed.
- Good IT Literacy on Microsoft office package.
- Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
ADDITION INFORMATION:
- This is a full-time & permanent position.
- Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday), 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required on ad-hoc basis.
