Job Duties:
- Assist in the execution of premises related projects, most particularly related to office moving.
- Manage overall office relocation project project
- Contact landlords, agents, designers and building companies
- Oversee the delivery of all work streams through interaction with various internal stakeholders
- To report clearly and concisely on the project progress.
- Ensure all actions required by the project committee are recorded and be the control point for the project change control process.
- Procure office furniture, fittings, electrical appliances, office supplies and stationeries
- Provide recommendation and implementation of office safety requirements under BizSafestandards.
- Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation,office access card, door system, etc.
- Maintain and upkeep the office registry.
- Assist in the execution of all other daily office management duties, including management of Reception and premises support contracts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Experience Facilities Managementchange projects, including office relocations
