Responsibilities
· To ensure that works are carried out according to schedule or on target for completion.
· Overseeing the overall site progress to ensure all the works are in compliance to the defined standards and safety regulations.
· The carpenter supervisor must plan the daily work schedule.
· To incharged of team attendance, ensure work safety, arrangements for overtime schedule and allocate workers job daily schedule and supplement labour shortage due to medical and annual leave taken by his subordinates.
· Oversees and participates in fabrications, installations, repairs and improvements to facilities as needed.
· Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.
· Other duties as assigned.
