Job Description
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for business development, partnership management and team management to achieve business growth objectives at Durablinds Trading. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing the sales and support team, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of partner inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Addressing production issues and challenges promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions and minimize disruptions
- Collaborating closely with Marketing department to develop strategies to maximise partner engagement and revenue generation
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and market share, effectively positioning our products or services to meet customer needs and preferences
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with business partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Leading the development and delivery of compelling project and commercial pitches to prospective clients, effectively negotiating on terms, prices and deliverables
- Monitoring business partner performance and service levels, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence commitments
- Overseeing the approval process, including manpower management, proposals and all sales related matters
What will the Right Person look like?
- Applicants with a Degree in Business or related field, with at least 7 years of proven experience in business development and leadership position are welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP and other operational software.
