Job Description
- Executes BIM tasks for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
- Develops BIM execution plans, defining project-specific processes and standards.
- Coordinates with design and construction teams for effective BIM integration.
- Conducts clash detection, resolves conflicts, and maintains BIM model quality.
- Guides and supports BIM Coordinators, providing technical expertise.
- Collaborates with the BIM Manager and leads BIM Coordinators.
- Promotes BIM best practices, innovation, and collaboration.
- Engages with clients and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (by BCA) will be an advantage.
- Working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage.
- Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
- Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
