Job Description
As a General Manager at ClimaShield Solutions, you will lead the team to drive revenue growth and manage all aspects of sales operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the sales and support team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Overseeing customer issues and managing escalated customer complaints with sensitivity and expertise to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base
- Collaborating with Marketing to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies
- Leading the development and delivery of compelling project and commercial pitches to prospective clients, effectively negotiating on terms, prices and deliverables
- Overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the project execution, project management and cost optimisation
- Making crucial decisions regarding team management and all sales related matters
- Identifying potential bottlenecks and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the sales-to-installation process promptly and effectively
What will the Right Person look like?
- Applicants with a Degree in Business or related field, with at least 7 years of proven experience in managing sales operations and leadership positions are welcome to apply.
- Excellent leadership and people skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, offering tailored solutions and actions to meet customer needs.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on effective listening and empathising with customers.
- Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM and other operational software.
