Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage general office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-today operations
- Maintain the office condition and liaise with facility management vendors
- Implement and maintain online office administrative and workflow platforms, ensuring optimal utilization for efficiency.
- Ensure well stocked pantry and stationery supplies, business cards and company branded equipment
- Arranging daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
- Attend to visitors and assist to coordinate virtual/in person meetings
- Ensuring health and safety standards up to date, arranging fire safety/first aid training as needed.
- Using Workday daily to submit office expenses.
- Contract negotiation with external vendors, including liaising internally with legal and finance departments.
- Organizing internal/external events
- Liaison with vendors
- Organize and supervise office events, meetings, and staff engagements.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven experience in an office administration role, preferably in financial services environment/MNCs
- Proficiency in using online office administrative tools and HR platforms
- Strong communication skills and able to work in fast paced environment
