The ideal individual will possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be aggressive in targeting new business and exceed established sales goals. You will be a dynamic and resourceful professional who will be able to contribute to the overall success of this business and have the passion to take the Company to the next level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, maintain and generate new leads for the Company relating to corporate travel sales, including the nurturing and maintenance of client relationships
  • Keeping abreast of any developments relating to our product offering, conducting thorough travel and business-related research, whether of the industry or our destinations in general or of our competitors and be well-informed of the company's products and services to tailor solutions to meet clients' requirements
  • Analysis of customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback
  • To provide administrative / operational support to the team when necessary, including tracking and ensure prompt payments, preparation of travel reports, answering phone calls, etc.
  • To perform any other function as deemed necessary by your immediate superior or management in relation to your function.


Pre-requisites:

  • Preferably Diploma holder with minimum 02 years of related experience in Travel or Airlines industry
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation. Ability to demonstrate effective listening, verbal, written, negotiation and closing skills. Ability to assess client needs, understand market dynamics and prepare presentations/proposals tailored for individual clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of GDS reservation system, optional.
  • Customer focused and good team player with collaborative mindset to drive best outcomes.
