JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage a portfolio of projects at various sites, overseeing the operational, manpower planning, deployment and productivity of the staff.
- Maintain regular and direct contact with customers. Inform customers on any updates and ensure the contractual terms are met.
- Develop good relationship with customer to increase their satisfaction towards our service, commitment to our long-term presence and further extension of our services.
- Maintain the budget in terms of manpower and inventory, provide billing summaries and expenses in accordance with the company’s requirements.
- Implement and enforce the company’s procedures and systems laid down.
- Align the operations team’s grooming standards in accordance to company and customer’s requirements.
- Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards. Conduct daily inspections/audits to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technology to improve quality and efficient of equipments and identifying trainings for staff to increase their productivity.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks carried out is in compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Manage, investigate and report accidents/incidents to Head Office promptly
- Lead and drive the team in creating great service experiences for customers to achieve our People Make Places Objective.
- Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety) and ISS corporate governance polices as below:
