Job Description:
• Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Cuisine dishes,
• Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Monitoring and controlling stock levels,
• Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for the restaurant,
• Meeting health and safety standards,
• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirement:
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook,
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment,
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks,
• Excellent time management abilities,
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
