With its world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking to further develop its capabilities across the region and are seeking Lease Administration staff (Executive - Assistant Manager) to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
Your Future Role
- Prepare Letter of Offers for new and renewal of Leases and Licences
- Prepare documents for Variation to Letter of Offers / Agreements, Novation, Pre-Termination etc
- Preparation of letters for lease related matters, including letters to tenants for application of utilities,letters to remind tenants of lease obligations
- Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & maintain an efficient and effective document system to meet documentation standards
- Responsible for all internal/external audit check compliance for the Department
- Keep track and process all lease related matters.
- Maintain and update in-house system with lease information for billing purposes.
- Handle POS integration related matters
- Keep track and process all lease management related matters.
- Process security deposit refund to tenants
- Handle GTO related matters
- Liaison works with appointed lawyers for preparation of agreement.
- Perform other administrative support to department (i.e. sort, scan, process, file/efile documents, processpayments that is relating to the department, assist in stationery and office supplies to department etc.
- Reports: Prepare and maintain Lease Monitoring / GTO submission / POS-integration reports on a periodic and ad-hoc basis for tracking.
- As and where necessary, support the head of department to undertake any special projects as and when directed.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant obligations in commercial terms
- Good team-player with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word is preferred
