Basic Salary - $2000-$2500 (Full Time)

Work Scope:
- Collaborate with Heads of Department (HODs) to plan and formulate training strategies, overseeing training needs analysis.
- Prepare training documents with input from HODs.
- Work with HODs to launch talent development initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of learning and training sessions.
- Manage training programs and collaborate with the regional office on the implementation of e-learning platforms (LMS).
- Supervise Employee Engagement and Communications.
- Open to undertaking additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
Pre-Requisites
- ITE graduate or completed secondary school education. (Training will be provided)
- Well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
