Job Responsibilities:
- Support the relationship managers in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the BU's revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally
- To handle customer onboarding services and updating customer account documentation
- Focus on daily transaction processing/execution, facilitating enquiries and serving clients’ request and ensure the work process accuracy, smoothly and speedily
- Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Visit customers when required to maintain the customer’s relationships
- Support departmental initiatives to deliver increase revenue opportunities and deliver a high quality of service to customers.
- Provide transaction and monitoring support in connection with the delivery of MUFG products to meet the needs of the Bank’s customers.
- To meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
- Always comply with internal rules and guidelines as well as with external laws and regulations pertaining to proper conduct of banking business
- To advise others on investment products concerning structured deposits (includes Embedded Deposits) under Financial Advisers Act (FAA)
- To handle Embedded loans
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- No prior experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively and courteously with others.
- Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
- Good team-player, ability to adapt to change needs of the organization and demands of internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed understanding of MUFG’s product and services
- Understanding of local laws and regulations
- Well organized and efficient time management
