Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities
1.1. Responsible to lead two teams of production operators/sewer to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standards
1.2. Plan workflow on the production teams to achieve production targets
1.3. Draw up duty roster for operators/technicians; allocating work and authorize overtime which is justified by capacity planning and reporting
1.4. Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals
1.5. Responsible for the safety and security management of the production floor
1.6. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system
1.7. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system
1.8. Responsible to initiate the daily production scheduler meeting and attend the daily operations meeting
