Responsibilities:
· Perform daily inspections around the building to check for building defects and safety issues; propose and obtain quotations for necessary repair and maintenance works
· Plan and schedule preventive maintenance
· Supervise and perform routine maintenance works and repair services when required
· Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and complaints
· Oversee and monitor housekeeping, tenancy fit outs and building improvement works
· Manage in-house security to ensure smooth operations
· Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building
Job requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations and maintenance of commercial building
· Diploma or Degree in relevant studies in Property Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
· Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
