Responsibilities:
- Daily applications check, to ensure services up and running.
- Assists in Implementation of Change requests/Service Requests s to clients in response to specific business requirements. Service Requests include Onboarding of Agencies to Govt Systems, connectivity tests, Cert exchanges.
- Performs assigned technical tasks including Troubleshooting, analysis, programming, product installation, testing and system integration, conduct UAT.
- Attend Technical meetings on requirements gathering for Service Requests.
- Use tools to analyze and implement portions of a customer solution.
- Good communication skills, will require to work with different vendors and stakeholders during the implementation of the SRs.
- Provide technical advice base on the implemented SRs/CRs.
Requirement:
- OS administration on Windows Servers/Unix Servers
- Experience with IBM IBM API connect, Open shift Platforms (Optional)
- Prefer to have experience in SDLC project.
- At least 1 years of software /application development experience
- Degree in Information Information’s Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering related
- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.
- Experience in Cloud Technology, Unix or Linux is advantageous.
- Project requires 24/7 support.
