Responsibilities
- Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze, and review operational solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review, and document requirement artifacts.
- Review functional specifications and process-defined documents.
- Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule.
- Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.
- Troubleshoot reported issues and coordinate across teams (stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams) to resolve them.
- Manage projects and monitor timelines.
- Collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.
- Create user stories in JIRA for tracking until completion.
- Attend project stand-up meetings to discuss project status.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations and/or Corporate Banking Operations.
- Technical knowledge in web services, application development (Java), HTML/Angular-based UI, and role-based access matrix.
- A hands-on team player who can see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude, and can handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and planning skills.
