Responsibilities
- Supervision of architectural work such as the followings:
- Water ponding for toilets, floorings
- Painting and Tiling work
- Facade, curtain walling
- Checking of windows and gable end wall for water seepage
- Follow-up with defects
- Monitoring of site safety
Requirements
- Possess a diploma
- More than 5year experience in supervising architectural and site works
- Understand basic design for floor finishes, ceiling layout, door installation etc
- Have landscape experience
- A teamworker
